Who we are

Drapelo is a digital product development agency registered in Mexico. Our website is drapelo.com. When you contact us, enquire about a project, or book a call through this site, we collect and process certain personal data. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and what your rights are.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form, we collect your name, email address, project message and optional stage selection. The booking provider collects the details you enter when scheduling a call. If you enable optional analytics, Vercel Web Analytics measures page visits and interactions such as opening the scheduler or submitting an enquiry. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, query strings or private estimate activity as analytics event properties. We do not collect payment information through this website. Any payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Stripe) under their own privacy policies.

How we use it

We use the information you submit through the contact form or booking system to: — Respond to your enquiry — Assess whether your project is a good fit — Schedule and conduct a discovery call if you request one — Follow up on proposals or ongoing conversations We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not add you to mailing lists automatically.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is kept for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage our client relationships — typically no longer than 3 years after the last meaningful contact. If you become a client, project-related data is retained for 7 years in line with standard business record-keeping requirements under Mexican law. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@drapelo.com.

Third-party services

This site uses the following third-party services that may process data: — Supabase (database and form submission storage) — Vercel (hosting and optional Web Analytics) — NovaCal (booking system for discovery calls) Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We choose providers that take data privacy seriously and offer appropriate data processing standards.

Cookies

Your analytics preference is stored in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. Optional Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless and is disabled until you enable it. You can change your choice using Privacy preferences below. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. The NovaCal scheduler is loaded when you choose to book a call and is subject to the provider's own privacy and storage practices.

Your rights

Under applicable data protection law, you have the right to: — Access the personal data we hold about you — Correct inaccurate data — Request deletion of your data — Object to or restrict how we process your data — Request a copy of your data in a portable format If you are based in the EU or UK, you also have rights under GDPR including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@drapelo.com. We will respond within 30 days.
